As the first Inspector General of Cuyahoga County, I commit to you that if you report an allegation of wrongdoing to my Agency it will be fully investigated and when appropriate a referral for further governmental intervention or internal discipline will be made. It is no longer business as usual in Cuyahoga County. This is about a change in the way we do business. We owe it to ourselves, to the taxpayers and to the residents of the county to engage in business practices of the highest ethical standards.

Contractor and Lobbyist Ethics Training


Pursuant to the new Cuyahoga County Ethics Ordinance, all contractors and lobbyists currently doing business with, or who wish to do business with, the County are required to adhere to the provisions of the Ethics Ordinance.

Please review the applicable requirements for contractors and lobbyists prior to signing up for a training session.

Each contractor and lobbyist is only required to attend one training session. Up to two attendees from each company may attend the session.

Listed below are the upcoming dates for training. Please continue to check back for future dates.

Out of state contractors and lobbyists who do not have a local Ohio representative, please contact the Agency of Inspector General at 216-698-2101 for training information. All training dates provided below are onsite sessions in Cleveland, Ohio. Please do not sign up for a training session unless you will be able to have someone attend in person. Thank you.
