To this end, we commit to you that if you report an allegation of wrongdoing to our Agency it will be fully investigated and when appropriate a referral for further governmental intervention or internal discipline will be made. It is no longer business as usual in Cuyahoga County. This is about a change in the way we do business. Michael J. Gallagher falsified his original and a promotional employment application with Cuyahoga County by wrongly identifying himself as having earned an associate degree from Cuyahoga Community College.

Michael Dever improperly changed the construction inspector assigned to the Snow Road resurfacing project in response to pressure from former Cuyahgoa County County Engineer employee J. Kevin Kelley.

Result(s):

The AIG issued a "No Violation" finding regarding Michael Dever's actions - the investigation revealed insufficient evidence to create reasonable grounds to believe that Michael Dever violated a County rule, regulation or policy.

Management inquiry sent to the Director of Public Works requesting response addressing her efforts to implement the AIG's recommendations regarding assignment of construction inspectors.

Received response to Management Inquiry from the Fiscal Officer. 

On October 10, 2013, Lisa Rogers was indicated on 61 felonies, including tampering with records, forgery, and theft in office. 

On May 7, 2014, Lisa Rogers plead guilty to two counts of forgery. Lisa Rogers was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $2,985.17 and sentenced to three years probation.
